Exciting opportunity to join one of the major players in general insurance consulting. This role is based in Sydney.
About the Role:
- Work closely with partners and directors to project manage and execute a range of ongoing assignments as well as projects and advisory engagements
- Work on a wide range of projects including traditional actuarial tasks, as well as interesting commercial work such as product pricing and product design, capital management and risk modelling, strategy advice, mergers and acquisitions and litigation advice
- The opportunity to be client facing, to delegate and mentor upcoming actuarial students, as well as contribute to thought leadership pieces
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to solve client problems with drive and innovation
About You:
- Currently undergoing your Actuarial Exams to become FIAA qualified or equivalent
- Ideally up to 2-3 years’ experience in either a corporate or consulting environment
- Excellent technical and communication skills, and passionate about making a difference to clients
- Progressive in your thinking, and willing to invest in your own career and develop in a supportive team environment
