About the Role:
- Contribute to and assist in the development of potential new profit streams and innovative reinsurance offerings.
- Maintain and develop strong, positive relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders and ensure successful engagement.
- Collaborate with other parts of the business to enhance relationships and reputation in the market.
- Provide input to and support execution of the implementation of the business develop strategy including markets segments, embracing specific product offerings and initiatives.
About you:
- Strong Life Insurance or Reinsurance Experience.
- Have exceptional relationship management skills.
- Have an understanding of the key business drivers for success in the market.
- Have the ability to direct and manage cross functional teams to help secure opportunities.
