Our client is a well establishment general insurance consultancy in Australia and NZ. Their consulting practice works together to provide tailored, data-driven solutions for major insurers, niche providers, and government agencies across Australia and New Zealand.
The Role:
As a Director in the General Insurance practice, youโll play a key role in:
- Collaborating closely with Principals and Directors on internal and client-facing projects
- Leading and contributing to key client projects and sub-projects
- Engaging in business development and building relationships with new and existing clients
- Contributing to tender processes and identifying new opportunities
- Mentoring, coaching, and sharing your expertise with team members
- Establishing strong relationships with clients at peer and senior levels
About You:
- Extensive experience in general insurance actuarial work, ideally with a consulting background
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- A creative problem-solver with strong commercial insight
- Skilled in building and nurturing client relationships
- Excellent at interpreting complex data with a keen eye for detail
- Passionate about leveraging data to drive meaningful change
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
