This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the MD and to join our client as they build an entire suite of products to focus on risk solutions and insurance offerings for their already sizeable customer base.
About the Role
Build a team around you to :
- Manage the identification of pricing assumptions and underwriting needs for new and current risk factors affecting business requirements
- Lead the budding data science team and evaluate profitability and risk factors of new products and features
- Ensure that pricing models and pricing metrics are developed in accordance with relevant data and are updated to reflect current market
- Support stakeholder usage and their application of the pricing information and reporting tools provided by our client
About You
- FIAA or equivalent with at least 5 years post qualification experience in a pricing related role (Australian experience preferred)
- Proven stakeholder management experience at an executive team level
- Technical expertise in data and analytics to provide guidance to team members
- Able to stimulate team culture to motivate and grow a high performing team
