About the Role:
- Participate in the submission of statutory statistical returns and reports and produce reports that monitor and analyze new and existing data.
- Maintain and develop relationships with relevant stakeholders and be able to demonstrate a general understanding of the business unit, support function and impact of actuarial or pricing advice to other business units.
- Be responsible for carrying out assignments or projects, performing actuarial analysis, investigations, and modelling. Also demonstrate sound judgement in setting assumptions, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of various techniques being applied and the impact of the possible outcomes.
- Provide support to junior staff on technical work and offer advice and guidance where needed.
About you:
- Have studied relevant degree and experience in industry.
- Have the confidence to guide more junior colleagues.
- Have good technical and programming capabilities.
