Our general insurance client is seeking a senior actuarial analyst to work on pricing for commercial lines. This role is a contract position with a 12-month initial term and possibility of extension. Can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
About the role
- Assist with end-to-end pricing for boat and marine insurance.
- Assist with driving continual improvement and enhancement of pricing processes.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on business performance.
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
About you
- Minimum of 2 years of actuarial experience in general insurance pricing with experience in commercial lines pricing preferred.
- Proficient with software such as SAS and SQL.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with different stakeholders.
