This client of ours has a large team of actuarial and data analytics professionals that operate across a wide range of insurance fields. They are looking for an individual based in Canberra to join the team.
About the Roles
- Drive identifications of opportunities and thought leadership for various government clients
- Work closely with partners, directors and other experience staff in multidisciplinary actuarial related teams to provide solutions to client problems
- Influence wider business issues through active involvement in whole client projects and interacting with clients
- Lead teams to contribute capability development, internal knowledge sharing through the identification of emerging business trends, problems and opportunities
About You
- Nearly or newly qualified actuary (FIAA or equivalent)
- Consultant with around 2 – 5 years experience, or Senior Consultant with 5 – 10 years of experience (Australian insurance industry experience preferred)
- Strong practical experience with Python, R, SAS, Teradata, SQL
- Have a keen commercial accumen that can proactively identify and analyse business needs and provide solutions to key stakeholders
