Our life reinsurance client is seeking a Retail Pricing Manager to join their team.
About the role
- Conduct pricing reviews of open treaties and price new business.
- Assist with developing and implementing innovative and sustainable solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage the development of pricing bases, pricing tools and models.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, through discussing pricing and product development matters and negotiating terms.
- Collaborate with and coach offshore team members.
About you
- Qualified as a FIAA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the life insurance industry with retail pricing experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience with actuarial modelling systems such as MoSes or AXIS is desirable.
