About the role
• Develop and grow the Life Asset Intensive & Capital Solutions portfolio for both existing and prospective clients, providing reinsurance solutions that align with client needs
• Engage with prospective clients in collaboration with life reinsurance market leaders
• Take the lead in structuring optimal solutions and executing transactions
• Collaborate with reinsurance markets to expand the current offering
About you
• A minimum of 10 years in the life insurance or asset management industry, with at least 5 years of experience in the specified segments
• Proficiency in software skills with a solid foundation in numerical expertise
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
• Strong client service ability with excellent communication skills
