Our consulting client is seeking either an experienced Senior Consultant or a Manager to work on a range of analytics projects for private and public sector clients. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
About the role
- Act as the 2IC to the technical Associate Directors in the team.
- Work closely with partners, directors and other experienced staff in multidisciplinary teams to solve client problems.
- Use insights to present compelling stories that deliver tangible value to clients
- Apply actuarial and data analytics skills and the latest technology tools to help private sector and government clients make better business and policy decisions.
About you
- Actuarial degree and prior experience in consulting preferred.
- A strong background in the following areas: Discrete Maths/Operations Research/Dynamic Systems modelling; Quantitative econometric modelling/ knowledge of CGE models; Deep understanding of ML/AI.
- Strong technical capability and a commercial mindset.
- Willing to work across a wide range of projects and help the team as required.
- Proven experience applying analytical concepts in a real life and commercial business context.
